Your appointments are very important to me, and they are reserved specifically for you. Because I am a small business with limited daily spots, I require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the appointment value.

  • Prepaid/Card Payments: Appointments paid by credit/debit card that are cancelled outside of the 48-hour window will have the funds returned to your account as credit for a future appointment.

  • Cash/Offline Payments: If you paid via cash or did not pay via card, an invoice for the 100% fee will be sent via Square to your email.

To avoid automatic credit conversion, I recommend paying for your service at the time of your appointment via card, cash, or Venmo.
